Filthy Chips is a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation. Yes it's a vibe AND it's a legal structure. Our corporate charter legally obligates us to consider stakeholder interests equivalent to shareholder returns.
"The specific public benefit purpose of Filthy Chips Co. is: to demonstrate that capitalism can be practiced consciously by using business as a vehicle to promote healthier and more sustainable snacking in the USA, support regenerative farming practices, and advance marine conservation efforts to protect our coasts and waterways."
That's in our charter. Permanently. Can't delete it. Lawyers made sure of that.
As a startup in Year 1, we're laying the foundation. Our ESG strategy is built on three pillars aligned with our public benefit purpose.
We're pre-launch. Many metrics are baseline or foundational. We track what we can measure now and build the framework for comprehensive tracking as we scale.

We're evaluating and in discussions with organizations within the 1% for the Planet network that protect coasts and waterways-especially the Barnegat Bay watershed and Jersey Shore region. No formal partnerships yet, but these are the types of orgs we're looking to support.
As we finalize partnerships, we'll update this report with confirmed giving recipients.
Real talk: we're pre-revenue. Here's where we stand.
The math is simple: 1% of nothing is nothing. But the commitment is locked in. When the revenue comes, so does the giving.
